| 1. | Please find a book or tape that you are interested in. Click here to see a list. |
| 2. | Please sign out the item in the folder provided. There are three sections: Books, Videos, and Audiotapes. Please make sure you are in the right section. |
| 3. | Please write the number on the outside cover of your selection in the first column. |
| 4. | Please print your name in the second column and your phone number in the third. |
| 5. | Please print the date you checked the item out in the last column. |
| 6. | Please return the item to the return box within 4 weeks and write the date of return next to your check out date. |
| 7. | Please take out only 3 items at a time. Our resources are very limited at this time. |
| 8. | Enjoy! |
| If you have any items you would like to donate to our library, please place them in the donation box. Please do not place any items on the shelves. | |
